LeTip of Huntington Beach is on the move! Regional Director, Brad Burch recently visited to present both a Silver AND Gold Badge to two of the most noted members of this flagship Orange County Chapter.

Noah Hodgin, Networking Master and LeTip Ambassador was the recipient of his Gold Badge, 14K Gold Lapel Pin with Diamond and his Lifetime Membership with LeTip International, Inc. Noah has not only been instrumental in growing LeTip of Huntington Beach, he has sponsored many members in Chapters all over the United States. He tirelessly seems to appear at every networking and chamber event in the area and sends many new members to other Orange County Chapters.

Simultaneously receiving his Silver Badge was third term Chapter President and Telecommunications Maven, Jerry Supernaw. Under Jerry?s leadership, LeTip of Huntington Beach has grown from 17 to 35 members in the past 15 months.

The event was a milestone, as Mr. Burch has never presented two such high level badges to members from the same chapter at the same time.

When asked after the meeting how he has led the chapter on such a growth tear, Mr. Supernaw quickly deflected any accolades and insisted it was all the good members that have stepped up to the plate and taken proactive leadership roles within the group. He especially acknowledged Wendy Jean, the Chapter?s Massage Therapist and Publicity Director. Not only does Wendy always get press notices for Chapter News in the local papers, she even managed to get a TV commercial to run on the local cable access channel at no charge to the Chapter!

Jerry Supernaw now joins the ranks with Past President Tony Hunthausen and Founding Member Tom Teraoka as Silver Badge holders. Add Noah Hodgin?s Gold Badge to the mix and you just may want to wear sunglasses the next time you visit LeTip of Huntington Beach (AKA Surf City, USA).

Ths Thursday will be great opportunity to meet plenty of other business professionals and network with LeTip members and guests. The shoboat display tables should be great and The Food from Jaqu's is a reason in itself to be there from 11:30-1:30.

1.) As per my phone call with Scott Schwerdt
The name of the new daily ageLOC basic regimen is called "Elements" and includes a foaming cleanser/toner (combined in one!), day moisturizer, night moisurizer.

My friend (and 1st level Team Elite), Carol Pollack, said after using it for just 2 weeks, the results are worth every penny and more! (She cried when it ran out!)

FYI - Joe Chang said that someone who has been using ageLOC products will continue to maintain results for about 20 days even if they stopped using it. Then, those "Youth Gene Clusters" start to shut back down, which means your skin goes back to it's "old" ways...aging. I don't think customer loyalty will ever be an issue - people will become lifetime users of ageLOC!

2.) ageLOC Gets Results!
I interviewed a few people after using the new ageLOC Elements and FutureLOC serum for 2 weeks and asked for their honest impressions. Their answers blew me away - this isn't just preserving youth, it's noticeably reversing the signs of aging within the first week! Bottom line...everyone said they could see a difference within days. Chris and Carol Pollack saw John Sexsmith for the first time last night after his ageLOC trial. They both said, "He looked fantastic - we could see such a change in his skin!"
Remember, when talking to people about the ageLOC opportunity - use the Fabuous FAB's - Features, Advantages and always, always, speak of the Benefits! Keep it simple, not overly scientific. People "buy" on emotions and use logic to justify their purchase...not the other way around, so speak of the ageLOC results. These personal stories will help you go beyond the scientific stories (logic), and move on to what really motivates people which are results that mean something to them personally (emotion).

Read below what the Pollacks and John Sexsmith had to say about their personal ageLOC experience:

Q. What was your first impression - how did it feel?
A.
Carol Pollack (CP): "My first impression was a wow! My skin texture felt totally different. (I thought it was good to begin with from the current Nuskin products I was using) The texture was smoother and my skin felt tighter."
John Sexsmith (JS): For me, it was invigorating- fresh, like coming out of salt water on a sunny day- very nice feeling- a sunny day skin glow

Q. What differences did you see and how long did it take to see a difference?
A.
CP: "Beside the difference in the texture, I started to see a lift in my face around the nasal fold and around my mouth. I really noticed this the end of the 2nd week. Chris noticed an improvement in the lines in his forehead by the 3rd day." (3 days???)
JS: "Giselle saw a difference (in me) on the second day- I saw something real on the 4th day. Note: there was only 1 package given to each couple. Giselle looked at John and said, 'You use it - you need it more than I do.' " (Now that's real love, eh?)

Q. What kind of changes are you now confident you will see by using the ageLOC product line?
A.

A.

JS: "Several people have asked me if I lost weight when I got back to Florida- they couldn't pin point the difference-what they saw was the a very noticable more youthful face- wrinkles reduced, skin much more youthful looking-" (Now that's not like John to miss a chance to talked about the opportunity...he was clearly "moved" by how well ageLOC really worked and is clearly still in shock. :-) )

Q. How much heartache did you feel when your supply of the new ageLOC products ran out - Were you digging for that last drop?? (I can't imagine the pain of having it for 2 weeks, then seeing it go away!)
A.
CP: "You have no idea... very, very painful! You should have seen us trying to get to that last little speck of product!"
JS: "Extreme pain.... the results are kind of a surprise to me, a very pleasant surprise, because I didn't really expect the level of results- especially because I use NuSkin products"

Nu Skin is big business!
Can you imagine how many Fortune 500 companies would fight to buy the ageLOC technology?
Do you know what a gift it is that they give ageLOC to us exclusively?
Think about it...

*ageLOC creates passion. People will be unwilling to go without their ageLOC and do what it takes to stay on it - people will give up eating out or cable TV first if they had to!
How many companies would kill to have a consumer product like that?

Bottom Line - Don't be shy or edit your list ...expose information to and sponsor the most successful business people- they always see the business faster than anyone else and build quickly with their influence and confidence.
Btw, if you want a seriously large piece of the action and you're on the "let's do demo's/party plan" ...stop right now! Yes, that's blunt, but there's no time to waste. Get into the "BIG business builder" thinking - there's no time to play around or experiment anymore! If you're ok with modest growth/income, and you love "doing demo's" and parties, then by all means, stick with it. Just make sure to give people in your group the option of an alternative income plan. If you joined Nu Skin for big money, yet you've fallen into the "inviting women over for a galvanic demo - 3 a day, etc." (not an approach for where we are headed, and not one I teach), then we need to get you on track immediately!
Also, information is important. Everyone should be getting the Nu Skin and GPN updates directly to their computer. You don't want to miss a thing!

As Craig Bryson say, "This business is about building networks."

Nu Skin Enterprises ( NUS - news - people ) uses independent representatives to sell premium cosmetics, personal-care products and nutritional supplements. Already established in North Asia, the company continues to penetrate other markets, including South Asia, Europe and North America, which collectively represented 18% of 2008 sales. Most of Nu Skin's revenue comes from direct sales, a form of social networking that Nu Skin claims performs well when consumer spending contracts.

Recent strong operating results suggest Nu Skin's claims have merit. Per-share earnings were up 16% in the first half of 2009. Operating cash flow has risen in each of the past six quarters to support the annual dividend, currently at $0.46 per share. Shares have surged 70% this year, well above the 13% gain registered by the S&P 1500 Index.

But the stock is reasonably valued and could reach $20 over the next 12 months. At 15 times trailing earnings, the shares trade 21% below the industry average and 15% below the company's three-year average. With a performance score of 82 and overall score of 93, Nu Skin is a buy."

You may be seeing something in your inbox that claims to be from the Internal Revenue Service, with a subject of "Notice of Underreported Income". Now, if your scam alert is going off, good. Why? Digging into the body of the message, there's a link that says "Review tax statement". Where does it send you? www.irs.gov.kid1nx.eu/fraud_application/directory/statement.php

Now, at first glance you might think it sends you to the IRS, because it says irs.gov, right? The trouble is in the "kid1nx.eu" that follows, because that means we're actually heading off to a domain that is registered in Europe. This is why it always pays to look at where a link is going before you click on it. (Most email programs will show you the actual destination of a link in a hover dialog if you just roll you mouse over the link and pause for a second.)
